The Black Swan Theory isn't the largest fan of catalog fashion photography. When listing items online, BST wants it's customer to relate to the item being sold. Fanciful and delicate images are created with a unique and intelligent woman in mind. However, at times, certain products are seen best on a blank canvas. But, as of late, The Black Swan Theory has been indulging in breezy Summer editorials photographed by local artists in Austin, Texas.
The first sneak peek was shot exclusively for The Black Swan Theory by Katy Shayne Stroud. Katy uses a wide variety of media, shooting both 35 millimeter film and images on her Hasselblaad camera. The process yields amazing texture and a truly unique background for both clothing and jewelry by The Black Swan Theory. The story moves gracefully from light to dark, as the three women find their witchy side!
